New York City nightclub Nebula, known for hosting some of the biggest DJs in EDM music, has been sold, The Post has learned.

Dream Hospitality Group founder and CEO George Karavias and entrepreneur Michael Vaknin have teamed up to acquire a majority ownership in the Times Square hotspot.

The deal, whose terms weren’t disclosed, expands Karavias’ hospitality portfolio in the Big Apple, which also includes celeb-favorites Harbor Nightclub, The Stafford Room and Musica NYC.

Leonardo DiCaprio was recently spotted having a good time with his “The Battle of Baktan Cross” co-star Teyana Taylor at The Stafford Room.

Emily Ratajkowski, for her part, chose to debut her romance with country superstar Shaboozey at Musica back in August.

Although Karavias is a veteran in the nightclub scene, the Nebula deal is Vaknin’s first foray into New York City nightlife.

However, the investor brings to the table a diverse background in real estate and property management.

Nebula was previously owned by Richie Romero and Yang Ga, co-founder of the Mixx Lifestyle Group. The business partners took a risk by opening the club in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in September 2021.

The venue, located at 135 W. 41st St., was the largest nightclub to open in Gotham at the time at 11,000 square feet over three floors.

They then expanded in August 2022 by partnering with a late-night dumpling spot to attract the famished post-party crowd.

The restaurant’s proprietor, Howard Hui Fang, was partner in Mixx Lifestyle.

It’s unclear whether the eatery will still be part of the new deal with Karavias and Vaknin.

The new owners plan to install a new mural at the entrance to pay homage to Michael Vaknin’s late-sister, Shirael, who passed away in 2019 but loved music and nightlife culture and believed in his vision.
