And a sheriff sounded the alarm on this scary threat small towns face from the Biden-Harris regime.

Small towns being targeted during the illegal immigration crisis 

Illegal immigration used to be a problem reserved for states near the border or big cities. 

The border crisis created by the Biden-Harris regime has put every community in the country at risk of having to deal with an influx of illegal aliens. 

Springfield, Ohio received national attention because of former President Donald Trump and his running mate, Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH). 

The Ohio city of about 60,000 people had to deal with an influx of nearly 20,000 illegal aliens from Haiti, who were dumped there by the Biden-Harris regime.

Springfield brought attention to the influx of Haitians to small towns across the country. 

Charleroi, Pennsylvania had 2,000 illegal aliens from Haiti move into the town of about 4,000 people. 

Small towns across the country have to deal with the impact of historic levels of illegal immigration because of the current regime in Washington, D.C.

More than 40 sheriffs signed a letter slamming the Biden-Harris regime for failing to secure the border. 

The sheriffs from nearly a dozen states across the country warned that every small town in the country was at risk from illegal immigration.

Over 11 million illegal aliens – more than the population of North Carolina – have reportedly entered the country under the Biden-Harris regime.

Nowhere is safe from the Biden-Harris border crisis 

The sheriff’s letter said that the Democrat President needed to take action to secure the border.  

“None of the 19,500 American cities, towns, or villages, is safe from this crisis, and no community is immune to the impact,” the letter stated. “Every town is a border town. The President alone can act to fix this crisis. The president can suspend or restrict the entry of non-citizens if it is deemed in the national interest, proclaim a national emergency along the border, and redirect federal funds to construct a border wall.”

Fayette County Sheriff James Custer said his country of about 130,000 people bordering West Virginia has been flooded with fentanyl since the border crisis began. 

“I’ve seen this trend has been going on over the last three years, the fentanyl crisis, that has come across our southern border … our overdose deaths rose each year,” Custer told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “Now we are in a slight decline this year, but we have several deaths pending toxicology results.”

Klickitat County, Washington Sheriff Bob Songer accused the Biden-Harris administration of treason by not stopping the flood of illegal aliens into the country. 

“I think the open borders is a violation,” Songer said. “Personally, I think both the Biden administration and their administrative staff ought to be charged with treason, they’ve broken this country to where we don’t have a border. Yes, it happens in small town America, just as anywhere else.”

The sheriff added that he’s ready to lay down if illegal aliens want to commit crimes in his county of about 23,000 people.

“I’m not going to put up with that crap,” Songer explained. “I don’t care what our governor says about sanctuary crap. The bottom line is, if they’re illegal in our county and they’re committing the law violation, we’re going to deal with them, and they’re going to hit the jail.”

The border crisis is transforming small towns across the country from the flood of drugs and illegal aliens entering the country.
