The death of Yahya Sinwar, Hamas’s vile leader, is a victory for Israel, but it’s not the end of Hamas by any means. Sinwar’s elimination is a significant blow, no doubt about it, but Hamas, like the Palestinian Authority, is not just a terror group but a culture of hatred built on layers of leadership and indoctrination that begins with their mother’s milk. Israel still has objectives to achieve, especially in Rafah, the hotbed of Hamas operations. Israel must continue dismantling the terror infrastructure in Gaza, hunting down its leadership, and ensuring that the organization is not only weakened, but nobody in Gaza is ever capable of waging Islamic jihad against innocent Israeli civilians ever again. This war is far from over.

But let’s not get distracted by Sinwar’s death alone. The attempted drone strike on Netanyahu’s home—an act that Iran has pinned on Hezbollah—speaks volumes. Hezbollah is Iran’s puppet; they don’t act without orders from Tehran. This strike shows us something crucial: Iran is rattled. Israel is getting closer to delivering the decisive blow they fear the most, and they’re scrambling. This is why we must keep our eyes on the broader goal: neutralizing Iran itself. Now that Iran has targeted the leader of Israel, taking out the Islamic Ayatollah of Iran, hitting the head of the snake, is on the table. Regardless of if Israel takes that step, which I highly doubt, Israel has no choice but to confront the regime that’s fueling every major terror network in the region, including Hamas and Hezbollah.

Now, as for the Department of Defense under Biden, it’s a mess. We’ve seen pro-Hamas, pro- Iranian and radical left-wing ideologues infiltrate the highest levels of government. The DOD is clearly compromised, as leaks of Israeli battle plans regarding Iran continue to emerge. 

Honestly, it surprises me that people are surprised, as one of the highest placed intelligence officials in the White House is Maher Bitar. Bitar is a known anti-Israel activist, with no background in intelligence, yet appointed senior director for Intelligence at the National Security Council, one of the most powerful posts in the U.S. intelligence community.

And Bitar is not alone. These woke activists, in sensitive U.S. government positions, view Israel through the distorted lens of “colonialism” and “genocide,” and actively undermine the U.S.-Israel alliance, which not only endangers Israel but America as well. 

The result is a Biden/Harris administration that continuously weakens Israel’s ability to carry out the operations necessary to neutralize the Iranian threat. And the response over the attempt on Netanyahu’s life? Expect more of the same from this administration—platitudes, walkbacks, and little action. The Biden White House is playing both sides of the fence, trying to appease the radical left while pretending to stand with Israel.

Now, let’s talk about the domestic implications of all this. Kamala Harris’ latest comments implying that Israel is guilty of genocide? It’s absurd, and she’s completely walked back months of pro-Israel talking points. This only strengthens the position of Donald Trump. Israel’s fight against terror is an existential one, and those who support Israel, like Trump, will benefit, as Biden’s camp stumbles in the face of these critical global issues. If Israel strikes Iran directly—especially if they target the Ayatollah—it will shift the entire geopolitical landscape. Biden’s administration will be exposed for its weak foreign policy, and the radical left will further isolate themselves from mainstream America. This will be a key moment in the race for president.

Trump’s position as a staunch ally of Israel will resonate with voters who understand the stakes. Israel is fighting not just for its survival, but for the survival of the freedom-loving world, and Trump’s clear support for Israel contrasts sharply with Biden’s administration, which has been weak, inconsistent, and compromised. The more Israel pushes back against Iran, Hamas, and Hezbollah, the clearer it will become that Biden’s appeasement approach is a failure. And that failure only helps Trump as he positions himself as the strong leader America—and Israel—needs right now.
