A giant green dragon balloon appeared to be wrapped around the Empire State Building Sunday morning in the latest stunt to promote the upcoming second season of HBO’s Game of Thrones prequel “House of the Dragon.”

Stunning images of the massive creature began popping up on X Sunday morning — one day after the Empire State Building promoted its “House of the Dragon” takeover on social media.

“In celebration of season 2 of ‘House of the Dragon’ streaming on Max, the World’s Most Famous Building is officially pledging themselves to Team Green,” a statement about the takeover on the Empire State Building’s website read.

The massive marketing stunt could also be seen in the live EarthCam video of the iconic Big Apple skyscraper.

The immersive experience will be held on the 80th floor of the New York City landmark from June 10 to June 18.
