An anonymous accuser says that Sean Combs, known as Diddy, raped her when she was 13-years-old at an MTV Video Music Awards’ after party. She also claims that two unidentified celebrities watched.

The woman claims she was dropped off at Radio City Music Hall by a friend as she wanted to attend the MTV Video Music Awards in 2000. She began approaching limousine drivers waiting outside the event in an attempt to gain entry to the venue.

"One of the limousine drivers she spoke to claimed to work for [Diddy]," the lawsuit read. "He told her that Combs liked younger girls and said she ‘fit what Diddy was looking for,’ not allowing her into the Awards, but inviting her to an afterparty."

She says that when she arrived to the after party, she was required to sign a non-disclosure agreement, though was never given a copy. She also said that she recognized “many celebrities.”

The girl says that she was given one drink and would find herself in a room to lie down in, due to. Feeling “woozy and lightheaded.” She says that Combs and two unidentified celebrities would then enter the room. “Celebrity A” allegedly raped the girl while Combs and “Celebrity B” watched. After, the 13-year-old claimed Combs raped her while "Celebrity A" and "Celebrity B" watched. Combs would have been 30 years old at the time.

Combs then allegedly attempted to force the girl to perform oral sex on him. She stopped after she hit him in the neck, the lawsuit states.

The lawsuit states that she then fled the room nude while looking for an exit, “roaming naked through the house. The girl would find an exit and then said she “called her father, admitted that she had lied about her whereabouts, and asked him to pick her up.”

Fox News Digital received a comment from Combs’ attorney Erica Wolff, who writes: "As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation."

Combs has been indicted on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation for prostitution, as revealed in a court document unsealed on Sept. 17. If convicted, Combs could face a minimum of 15 years in prison, with the potential for a life sentence.

Prosecutors accuse Combs of operating a criminal enterprise through several of his businesses, including Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises, and Combs Global. The indictment, obtained by Fox News Digital, alleges that Combs utilized "firearms, threats of violence, coercion, and verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse" to satisfy his sexual demands.
