More footage has recently resurfaced of President Joe Biden abruptly raising his voice during a speech, which has aroused concern from social media users. Throughout Biden’s presidency, he has displayed many concerning signs that suggest his mental faculties have diminished to the point where he is not fit to serve as the president of the United States.

Biden said, “I watched it before. I watched it as a kid. I watched it as a senator.  Biden suddenly broke into a shout to raise emphasis to his point.  “I watch what happened in my community. It changed everything,” he added.  RNC Research, which often documents these types of incidents with Biden, wrote, “Biden randomly starts screaming in the middle of his speech.”

The seemingly erratic nature in which Biden began shouting led to concerns among users on social media, who suggested it was the latest incident of Biden’s declining mental health. “The best case scenario is they tell him he’s got to go, and he refuses..then the entire Biden mafia crime family start a turf war against the globalist billionaire oligarchy that installed him to maintain power.. the Sopranos 2.0 DC globalist edition.. let the entire house of cards implode,” one person wrote, foreshadowing Biden’s eventual withdrawal from the 2024 race.

“My friends father was doing that and they had to put him in a home , He had dementia and was confused.. TIME TO STEP AWAY… We need a change,” they wrote, offering their personal experience to substantiate their claims about the president.  Another person claimed, “From shaking hands with air, to wondering around aimlessly, to sudden outbursts of anger…all symptoms I’ve seen a lot in people with Alzheimer’s Disease progression or Dementia. Could also be medication mismanagement. Either way it’s elderly abuse.”

Concerns about Biden’s viability as a presidential candidate came to a head after the debate with former President Donald Trump in late June. After his poor performance on the debate stage, calls grew within the Democratic Party for Biden to drop out of the race. The president eventually announced his withdrawal from the race in July.

Biden posted on X, “My fellow Democrats, I have decided not to accept the nomination and to focus all my energies on my duties as President for the remainder of my term. My very first decision as the party nominee in 2020 was to pick Kamala Harris as my Vice President. And it’s been the best decision I’ve made. Today I want to offer my full support and endorsement for Kamala to be the nominee of our party this year. Democrats — it’s time to come together and beat Trump. Let’s do this.”

Biden released another statement explaining his decision to drop out while highlighting his track record.  “Over the past three and a half years, we have made great progress as a Nation. Today, America has the strongest economy in the world. We’ve made historic investments in rebuilding our Nation, in lowering prescription drug costs for seniors, and in expanding affordable health care to a record number of Americans. We’ve provided critically needed care to a million veterans exposed to toxic substances. Passed the first gun safety law in 30 years.”
