A new American Greatness poll shows Donald Trump with the lead in a close Georgia race, with the former president up 49-48% in a head-to-head matchup vs. Kamala Harris among likely voters.
The survey queried over 1000 voters, with 813 likely voters.
17% of Georgia voters say they are still making up their minds about the presidential race.
36% of Georgie voters say that the policies of Kamala Harris are “helping their family,” while 51% of voters say Trump’s policies helped their families.
59% of Georgians are worried about more assassination attempts against Trump.
On the issue of national security, the military-heavy state of Georgia prefers Trump by +12%. On growing the economy, Trump earns a +4% margin, 48-44%. On border security, Trump is the preference for a +22% margin, 56-34%. On reducing crime, Trump leads by +5%, 47-42%.
Voters in Georgia continue to doubt the authenticity of Kamala Harris. On her reversal on the border wall, 30% believe she is “genuine” in her reversal. On her fracking reversal, 27% believe she is genuine.
About The Survey
TechnoMetrica conducted the American Greatness/TIPP survey from October 14 to October 16. The online study included a sample of 1,029 registered voters in Georgia provided by our panel partners. Using our likely voter model, we identified 813 respondents as likely voters in the November election. After the survey’s completion, TechnoMetrica weighted the dataset by gender, age, race, education, geographical region, and party affiliation to reflect known benchmarks from census, voter file data from the state, prior election results, and exit poll data. The weighted registered voter sample composition is 34% Democrats, 38% Republicans, and 27% independents. The survey’s credibility interval (CI) is ±3.5 percentage points for likely voter results, meaning the study is accurate within this range 19 times out of 20 if all registered voters in Georgia had been surveyed. Due to smaller sample sizes, subgroups based on gender, age, ethnicity, and region have higher credibility intervals.
