ABC News host downplays Venezuelan gangs taking over Colorado town

Aurora, Colorado, made headlines this summer when a video showed armed members of the ultra-violent Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua shaking down residents of an apartment complex. 

A city council member revealed that Tren de Aragua had literally seized control over at least three apartment complexes in Aurora, and used them for their base of criminal operations. 

Former President Donald Trump recently visited Aurora for a campaign rally in which he vowed to use the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to deport illegal alien gangs from the country. 

The media has been trying to downplay the crisis in Aurora because it hurts Vice President Kamala Harris due to the fact that it exposes her failures as President Joe Biden’s Border Czar.

Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) sparred with ABC News’ Martha Raddatz about illegal alien gangs during an appearance on This Week.

“Do you support Donald Trump making those claims that the Republican mayor says were grossly exaggerated and have hurt the city’s identity and sense of safety?” Raddatz asked. “The incidents were limited to a handful of apartment complexes and the mayor said our dedicated police officers have acted on those concerns — a handful of problems.”

“Do you hear yourself?” Vance replied. “Only ‘a handful’ of apartment complexes in America were taken over by Venezuelan gangs, and Donald Trump is the problem? Not Kamala Harris’s open border?”

“I really find this exchange, Martha, sort of interesting because you seem to be more focused with nitpicking everything that Donald Trump has said rather than acknowledging that apartment complexes in the United States of America are being taken over by violent gangs,” he added. 

Raddatz tried to downplay the horrifying reality happening under Kamala’s radical agenda. 

Kelly reveals why ABC News host doesn’t care about illegal alien gangs

Megyn Kelly pointed out why a Venezuelan prison gang taking over apartment complexes wasn’t a big deal to Raddatz on her SiriusXM show.

“And you know why [Raddatz] doesn’t care?” Kelly asked. “It’s because Martha Raddatz, for at least the past seven years, has lived in a house she paid $2.125 million for. It’s a vintage home on a coveted block in Arlington, Virginia.”

Arlington is one of the upscale suburbs in Northern Virginia directly across from Washington, D.C.

Martha Raddatz has a $2,125,000 home in Arlington.

That is why she does not care about people who have to live in apartment buildings taken over by gangs.

“Would you look at this? It’s an estate.” Kelly continued. “That’s her home. It’s a damn estate built in 1900. Martha Raddatz does not have to worry about the Venezuelan gangs coming in and committing sexual assaults of minors, because she’s in the toniest part of one of the toniest towns in all of America, with her many, many millions.”

Kelly accused Raddatz of trying to show sympathy to illegal aliens with her remarks about Aurora. 

The grim reality that during the border crisis that Kamala Harris helped create is that illegal alien gangs are rampaging through the country.
