At some point, the hippies in the '60s learned that if they took a bath and put on nicer looking clothes, then people would think their insane ramblings actually had some intellectual weight to them. They wormed their way into universities and media, pushing government reforms and slowly but surely injecting leftist radicalism into the government. 

Now, we have open socialists winning seats in government, a socialist healthcare system, and a legitimate communist as the chosen and installed candidate for the Democrat Party's attempt at the White House. 

Despite the fact that these policies they enact keep failing, people keep electing them. The thinking is that "this time it will work," but all my millennial brain hears is Voss talking about the definition of insanity. They're doing the same thing over and over again, expecting things to change. 

Maybe the issue is that they don't see it, being so blinded by their own ideological conditioning that they see someone like Kamala Harris and, despite watching as she comes up with non-answers or redirecting answers toward her opponent, think that she's the best candidate to ever be presented to us. They truly believe that the answer to achieving the Utopia the left is always trying to get to is simply arrived at by rejecting and denigrating the opposition. If you listen to them talk, that's truly all they have to go on. 

Just look at the mental gymnastic this man did in order to square Harris's failure during her Fox News interview in his mind.

This behavior could be studied by psychiatric professionals as an incredibly interesting case study as this is a wide-spread, shared madness, but sadly, it appears many in the psychology profession have been swept up in the madness too. 

It's a normalized insanity at this point. There are no limits to the radicalism because the radicalism itself has been normalized. 

To highlight what I mean further, Joy Reid, with a straight face, told a crowd of people this election is a litmus test for fascism, and people wanting to have babies is proof of wanting a fascistic nation. 

“I do believe that this election is a litmus test for American tolerance for fascism. The elements of fascism are rooted in this nationalistic drive for more babies for the state, for women to be subordinate to men, for a strongman-driven nation, and a deep sort of state-based religiosity,” Reid said.

“So I do believe we have a media problem, and we do have some of our media that is leading people toward fascism. The question of America has become too soft and feminine. I think that is a fascist litmus test,” she continued.

“So this question of whether a society is too soft and feminine. It was alarming to me that a majority of Hispanic Protestants agree. But that's not shocking," she added. "This question of whether or not immigrants are poisoning the blood of the country. This is one of the most terrifying things that you heard a presidential candidate say, because it is straight out of Mein Kampf. It actually shocked me to even have 23 percent of Jewish respondents agree with that.”

Wanting to have children is not some grand conspiracy to invest in a fascist nation. Bringing life into this world isn't a display of hatred for others. Having children is an expression of love toward your partner, obedience to the command to go forth and multiply by our Creator, and the natural impulse to propagate the species. 

Bearing forth children is one of the most natural things in the world. Multiplying is something every creature on this planet does, whether it's flora or fauna, whether it's microbial or a blue whale... and Joy Reid sees it as a grave social sin. 

That is insane. 

Putting on expensive clothing, powdering your nose, and putting yourself in attractive lighting doesn't make crazy any less crazy. A crowd listening to what should be a mental patient with rapt attention doesn't make the patient any less crazy. Yet, so many have been fooled into thinking that this is, indeed, a completely legitimate way of viewing the world. That it has some intellectual weight, and that the insane words coming out of the mouths of insane people should be held up next to those speaking with absolute common sense and truth. 

This isn't an unstoppable disease. The answer isn't to block it off with censorship, as the left seems to think works. The answer is to actually open up the floodgates of conversation and allow more information, more opinion, and more research to spill forth without bias. The answer is to reject censorship and embrace letting everyone have their say in the town square. 

If you want proof as to how well that actually works, you need only look at X, which became a haven for free speech once it was purchased by Elon Musk, and now the left's talking points and narrative generation attempts have been killed consistently. If you're wondering why they keep trying to attack it, that's why. It's bad for the disease. 

The insanity disease loses every battle against free speech, but that doesn't make it an easy opponent to destroy. It fights back vigorously, but you can make it so that it's forced to fight from a bad position. Vote accordingly, deprive it of money, route it out of institutions, and find out where its sources are. To be clear, the disease is very widespread, and this problem won't be fixed tomorrow. It probably won't truly be fixed for over a decade, but more insane than their insanity is not dedicating our hearts and minds to pushing it out.
