Kamala Harris is in the hot seat once again, and this time it’s thanks to an explosive town hall appearance with black radio host Charlamagne Tha God. Known for his blunt style and critical questioning, Charlamagne had Harris on his live audio town hall to discuss key issues like reparations for black Americans. But what unfolded left the vice president scrambling, as her responses failed to resonate with the audience.
Charlamagne, who previously made headlines during the 2020 election when Joe Biden infamously said, “You ain’t black” if you don’t vote for him, hosted Harris in what was supposed to be a controlled event. However, it became clear early on that even a scripted town hall couldn’t save Harris from criticism.
When asked directly about her stance on reparations, Harris fell back on a familiar talking point: “It has to be studied,” she said, sidestepping a concrete answer. She then rambled about growing up in the middle class—words that many found completely out of touch given the gravity of the topic.

As the town hall dragged on, it abruptly ended, leaving listeners unimpressed. The full recording, uploaded by Charlamagne on YouTube late last night, has now garnered over 15,000 comments, and they are not in Harris’ favor.
Critics poured into the comment section, calling her “the worst VP in history” and slamming her for offering nothing new. Many users pointed out how Harris continues to push empty promises while illegal immigrants receive handouts paid for by taxpayers, drawing outrage among hard-working Americans who feel left behind.
One user wrote, “After the last four years of suffering under the Harris-Biden regime, we all deserve reparations!” Others called on her to continue doing interviews, sarcastically thanking her for sinking her own campaign with every public appearance.
