Elon Musk has made the prediction that Joe Rogan will interview Donald Trump before the 2024 election. This comes after the massive podcast host has previously said that he has rejected offers to interview the GOP nominee on his platform.

Musk, in response to a story detailing that Rogan has only a few weeks left to interview Trump, Musk posted, "It will happen." Musk has appeared on Rogan's popular podcast. Rogan has also not interviewed Vice President Kamala Harris, who is also running for president.

Rogan, who boasts the most listened to podcast in the country, has less than a month to interview Trump if he has plans on doing so prior to the election, when it would be the most relevant. Rogan has previously made it clear that he does not want to interview Trump at all, saying in 2022 on Lex Fridman's show, “I’m not a Trump supporter in any way, shape or form. I’ve had the opportunity to have him on my show more than once, I’ve said no every time." He added at the time, "I don’t want to help him, I’m not interested in helping him."

Musk, however, believes that prior to the election, Rogan will sit down with Trump. Public polls indicate that the race is tight. However, internal polling is reportedly giving bad news to Democrats in multiple swing states. A podcast with Rogan featuring Trump could put many more eyes on the GOP nominee's thoughts surrounding policy proposals, the state of the nation, and the world.

Rogan has previously interviewed Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a former independent presidential candidate and former Democrat who has now joined forces with Trump, endorsing the GOP nominee for the White House.

The podcast host has also said that RFK Jr. was the only candidate that “made sense” to him, commenting at the time, “He’s the only one — he doesn’t attack people, he attacks actions and ideas, but he’s much more reasonable and intelligent. I mean, the guy was an environmental lawyer and he cleaned up the East River. He’s a legitimate guy.” With RFK Jr. joining forces with Trump, it is not outside of the realm of possibility that it could influence Rogan’s decision on bringing Trump on a show.
