Sean "Diddy" Combs is concerned that his prison food could potentially be poisoned and is refusing to eat the food provided to him, the Daily Mail reported.

Former inmate, Larry Levine, who served some hard time in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn where Diddy has made his home since being busted last week, claims to have a “source” on the inside with the goods on Combs.

“Imagine if someone paid someone off on the inside to poison his food, give him a heart attack and he dies,” Levine told Ashleigh Banfield of NewsNation.

Levine said it is pretty common for new inmates to gripe about the prison food, just as it’s a staple in so many prison films. Levine noted that Combs’ food is also going to be cold when he gets it, sitting in the isolation ward.

“They feed the people in the shoe last,” he told NewsNation. “The food is bland, it's a lot of carbohydrates. It fills you up but you get sick eating it. There's mold in a lot of that food. Maybe he got sick from the food, that's another possibility.”

Combs pleaded not guilty to the charges against him last week but the judge denied bail, even though his legal team was prepared to put up a $50 million bond and agreed to keep the singer monitored. Another judge also ordered the entertainer to pay $100 million in a sexual assault lawsuit. Combs allegedly used “power and prestige” to obtain sexual favors while maintaining the “pretense of a romantic relationship.”

Levine said Diddy has enjoyed a cast of visitors since occupying his cell, including a religious representative, a dietician, and multiple appointments every day with a psychiatrist. “He's still on suicide watch. A shrink is coming to see him several times a day.” Levine suggested someone could bribe a corrections officer to harm Combs. “They don't make a lot of money and there's people out there that he's got stuff on that do have a lot of money.”

'He's really, really paranoid. He's really, really scared. Doesn't know what to think, he doesn't know who to trust or what to believe,' Levine said.

Diddy is reportedly sharing the same prison section as notorious investment scammer Sam Bankman-Fried, the Daily Mail noted.
