Democrats don’t want to leave anything to chance ahead of the 2024 election.

They’re willing to do anything to keep Donald Trump out of the White House.

And a top ally of Nancy Pelosi hatched this awful scheme to put Donald Trump in danger.

Top Democrat wants to remove Trump’s Secret Service protection

Former President Donald Trump was convicted in a kangaroo court in Democrat-controlled Manhattan for allegedly falsifying business records by a jury filled with some of the most radical residents of one of the most unhinged left-wing cities in the country.

Democrats achieved their dream of being able to hammer Trump with claims he is a “convicted felon” during the campaign.

Democrat-appointed Judge Juan Merchan is going to sentence the former President at a July 11 hearing, just days before the Republican National Convention is set to begin.

Trump could be thrown in prison by a Democrat-appointed Judge who also previously donated to President Joe Biden’s campaign during the 2020 election. 

And now, one of Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) top lieutenants on the January 6 Committee wants Congress to pass a bill to put Trump in grave danger if he ends up in jail.

Former January 6 Committee Chairman Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) has introduced a bill that would strip anyone convicted of a federal or state felony from receiving Secret Service protection.

His bill – which is clearly aimed at Trump – is called the Denying Infinite Security and Government Resources Allocated toward Convicted and Extremely Dishonorable (DISGRACED) Former Protectees Act.

“Unfortunately, current law doesn’t anticipate how Secret Service protection would impact the felony prison sentence of a protectee — even a former President,” Thompson claimed. “It is regrettable that it has come to this, but this previously unthought-of scenario could become our reality.”

The Pelosi henchman wants to throw Trump to the wolves, putting him in prison – or worse, the streets of Democrat-controlled New York City – without Secret Service protection.

“Therefore, it is necessary for us to be prepared and update the law so the American people can be assured that protective status does not translate into special treatment—and that those who are sentenced to prison will indeed serve the time required of them,” Thompson added. 

Democrats wishing the worst for Donald Trump

Fortunately, Thompson’s bill is dead on arrival in the Republican-controlled House of Representatives.

But it opens a window into the twisted mindset of Democrats.

They want to see Trump sent to prison and thrown in with the general population where the worst could happen to him. 

New York City Democrat Mayor Eric Adams claimed in May that the city’s notorious Rikers Island prison was ready to house Trump for violating an unconstitutional gag order issued by Merchan.

Rikers is infamous for violence, physical and mental abuse, and neglect of prisoners.

Secret Service officials confirmed to Fox News that as things currently stand, Trump wouldn’t be stripped of his security detail if he was sent to jail.

The agency said Trump’s case “has no bearing on the manner in which the United States Secret Service carries out its protective mission.”

“Our security measures will proceed unchanged,” Secret Service Chief of Communications Anthony Guglielmi.
