Abortion Clinic Injures Woman in Botched Abortion, Mother Suffers Hemorrhage

Trust Women abortion clinic in Wichita, Kansas, reopened last month after an implosive series of scandalous events. The Board of Directors released a statement in May referencing new safety protocols requiring two physicians and a medical director with abortion experience to be present while abortions are performed.

Now, a month after reopening, a woman who was 21 weeks pregnant hemorrhaged from her uterus during an “OB procedure.”

On September 17, an employee of the notoriously dangerous, high volume abortion clinic called 911 at 1:41 p.m. The caller said the woman had undergone an “OB procedure,” was 21 weeks pregnant, and had “significant blood loss.” She had been given “medication” to slow the bleeding.  The caller specifically requested transport to Wesley Medical Center.

Strangely, the computer-aided dispatch (CAD) transcript described the emergency as a “2nd TRIMESTER/ hemorrhage/ MISCARRIAGE/ THREATENED MISCARRIAGE.”

“Perhaps the EMS professional making the note was unaware that the clinic does not attempt to save babies but intentionally kills them,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman.

The notation does seem to indicate the child was still in utero – or, at least partially. It is not known whether he or she was suffering, alive, or dead.

“It is disturbing to consider the possibilities since the abortionist would have likely already begun to violently dismember the child in the womb. Dr. Anthony Levatino, former abortionist turned pro-life OB/GYN, describes and illustrates the gruesome dilatation and evacuation second trimester abortion.

The computer-aided dispatch transcript indicated the hemorrhage was due to “lacerations.” The caller stated the woman’s bleeding was “from the uterus,” indicating the internal organ was likely perforated. This is a dangerous emergency that has tragically killed many women who sought abortion.

Though the caller claimed the woman’s vitals were stable, she stated the woman had been given “medication to slow down the bleeding.” According to the CAD, an ambulance with ALS (advanced life support) equipment was recommended for the transport to the emergency room at Wesley Medical Center.

“We have seen far too many women injured at the hands of the abortionists at this notoriously dangerous abortion facility,” said Newman. “We were grateful to see the facility closed for two months. However, now that it is reopened, it appears to be just as careless with the lives of the mothers it claims to care about.”
