Left-wing, taxpayer supported National Public Radio things the Declaration of Independence is so offensive that it needs a “trigger warning” on it to guard the delicate sensibilities of their extreme, leftist, snowflake listeners.

As people continue to point out the extreme bias of a so-called “news” agency that is funded by all the American people — and not just the far left ones — a perfect example of how un-American the radio network is can be seen in how it treats its own archive of its annual reading of the Declaration of Independence.

As News Busters noted, a look at any of its archived pages of its annual rading of America’s founding document, readers are treated to a trigger warning notice.

Editor’s note on July 8, 2022: This story quotes the U.S. Declaration of Independence — a document that contains offensive language about Native Americans, including a racial slur.

So, what are they talking about?

In this section close to the end of the Declaration which is speaking of the King’s actions, the document says:

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

Oh, the humanities.
