President Trump’s surprise appearance on Fox News’ Gutfeld last night has been all the rage on social media today — and for good reason!  Not only did it provide Trump a chance to sit down and have a discussion with a small group with wildly diverse backgrounds for all of us to see, but Gutfeld is hilarious.

And the antics didn’t stop there, because Gutfeld later discussed what it was like having President Trump on his show in a different Fox News segment.  And he dropped one heck of a BOMB regarding the Teamsters REFUSING to back Kamala-Walz!  Watch this!

There was a lot of insight and truth in that explanation!  A lot of insight that scares the democrats to death, because there’s not much they can do about it!  Once you go woke… you go broke!  Right?  Well, might I suggest that once you go woke and try to FORCE EVERYONE ELSE TO GO WOKE, TOO — you pretty much get trounced in the polls and by every regular red-blooded American who is NEVER going to accept your lunacy.

Besides the “not soy boys that shave their chest” line, I also really appreciated his line talking about men: “Men don’t want to be in a place where they aren’t wanted, and that’s the Democrat Party, where their leaders can not define a woman, and redefine men as Tim Walz.”

And for all the woke progressive arguments I’ve heard people “try” to make sense… that’s really all it boils down to for the rest of us.  In a nutshell — we’re not buying your crap.

Regarding the Teamsters decision to withhold an endorsement this year, something that hasn’t happened since 1996, I agree with most of you — that’s crap, too.  The vast majority of Teamsters polled supported President Trump over Kamala Harris, nearly 2 to 1!

So… I’m going to go down the “Teamster endorsement” hole for one second before I bring it back to Gutfeld’s point — because I can’t just skip over this. I definitely get the argument, and agree that the RIGHT thing to do would have been for the leadership of the Teamsters to break with historical norms and accept that the workers they “claim” to represent ARE OVERWHELMINGLY anti-work, anti-Kamala, and PRO-TRUMP!

But because I “get” the political bs that SURELY goes on behind the scenes at the top of an organization like that… I can also accept just how BIG OF A WIN it is that the Teamsters leadership couldn’t find a way to JUSTIFY supporting who they WANTED to support regardless of polling — Kamala Harris!  The lack of support for Kamala within their ranks and the OVERWHELMING support for Trump was too much to maintain their historic allegiance to the democrats!

So, you know what?  It is what it is, and I’m going to take the big win for President Trump and move on.  Maybe someday soon we’ll see less “wokeness” and (alleged) corruption at the top of organizations like the Teamsters to the point that they will actually come out and endorse who their members overwhelmingly endorse, but it is not this day.

Back to Gutfeld, “soy boys who shave their chests”, and President Trump.  Not only was that a hilarious summation of what just happened… but there’s a lot of insight there into who actually supports Trump.  I think President Trump summed up what that non-endorsement of Kamala really means, as he is quoted in a Newsweek article on the issue:

Although the union, the largest in the U.S., did not explicitly back the Republican candidate, the former president viewed the lack of any endorsement as a victory.

“It’s a great honor,” he said. “They’re not going to endorse the Democrats. That’s a big deal.”

This marks a significant shift for a union that has historically supported Democratic candidates, including backing Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Biden in 2020.

The Teamsters’ decision reflected a labor union divided over political identity and policy, despite its members having directly benefited from the Biden administration. It was Biden who, soon after taking office, signed into law a $1.9 trillion stimulus package that included $86 billion for multiemployer pension plans. Tens of billions of those dollars went to a pension fund owned by about 350,000 members of the Teamsters union.

Following the expected Democratic backlash to the Teamsters’ non-endorsement, O’Brien told CNN on Thursday that while he acknowledged President Biden as “the most pro-union president” and was “truly appreciative” of his efforts, the union’s decision was meant to serve as “a wake-up call” for this campaign, specifically directed at the Democrats.

“I am a Democrat. But we need to hold them accountable. This is an opportunity as well for both parties to take a hard look, and for the Democrats to refocus and say something’s wrong. We’ve got to recapture American workers,” he said.  (Emphasis Mine.)

Did you catch the same two points that I did in that excerpt?

1. President Trump said “that’s a big deal” that the Teamsters refused to endorse Kamala — and it REALLY IS!
2. The controversial head of the Teamsters (a Democrat) did exactly what SO MANY OTHER democrats are doing: they are refusing to let the Democratic Party get away with their complete and utter nonsense without being called on it!

THAT IS A BIG DEAL, TOO!  And that is one big reason we are seeing tons of democrats come out openly announcing that they will vote for President Trump come November, and many are going so far as to DENOUNCE the Democratic Party altogether!

Why???  Because at this point, it takes a SOY BOY who SHAVES HIS CHEST to put up with the absolute nonsense coming out of the Democratic Party.  And unfortunately for the democrats… Gutfeld perfectly described the average hardworking Teamster member who DOESN’T fit that woke mold.  You know… the rest of us?  “Those are his people”.

It might have taken the lunacy of the wokesters within the Democratic Party to make that truth clear, but they certainly have done so.  And for that, I thank them kindly.  But now, move aside… there’s about to be NEW leadership in town.  The kind that doesn’t particularly like soy, nor shave their chests.  We’re fine with it if you do — but God help you if you try to force the rest of us to accept it for one more day.

We’re done.  And I think, to summarize Gutfeld’s explanation of the Teamsters, even historical democrats are done for exactly the same reasons.
