Police in Irondequoit, New York, have charged a Dominican illegal alien with the brutal murder of a family of four.

Cops in the Rochester suburb on Lake Ontario arrested Julio Cesar Pimentel Soriano, 34, on Saturday in connection with the slaying, which included the murder of a 4-year-old girl and toddler boy.

Soriano is not, apparently, yet another one of President Joe Biden’s “migrant” pals caught and released at the border. But he is, nonetheless, yet another illegal-alien criminal who made his way into the United States and went on a murder rampage.

And he is the second illegal alien who committed murder here, police allege, after fleeing murder charges back home.

Worst Seen in 32 Years

Police found 30-year-old Fraime Ubaldo, 26-year-old Marangely Moreno-Santiago, 4-year-old Evangeline Ubaldo-Moreno, and 2-year-old Sebastian Ubaldo-Moreno when they arrived at the scene of a fire at the family’s home at 5:20 a.m. on August 31.

Once inside, said Irondequoit Police Chief Scott Peters at a news conference on September 2, firefighters “found some different fires throughout the building and then ultimately found the deceased victims in the basement.”

Police have not released the victims’ cause of death or described their wounds. The autopsy report has not been released. But Peters did say the fires didn’t kill the family, and police are conducting a murder investigation.

Peters nearly broke down as he named the family members.

“This was a horrific scene,” he said. “In almost 32 years of doing this job I’ve never seen anything like it.”

Peters told reporters the Ubaldo home was on a “quiet” and “nice street.”

“Two parents and two siblings. That’s what I ask you to think about. You know, this is Labor Day,” he said. “It’s supposed to be a joyous day, spending time off with your family. This family doesn’t have that anymore. … I mean half their family’s gone in an instant.”

Arraigned last week, “Soriano was one of the people ‘responsible for the heinous attack,’” WROC reported. He is charged with four counts of first-degree murder.

As well, the station reported, “investigators said Soriano is wanted for a 2019 murder in the Dominican Republic. He allegedly traveled to Puerto Rico illegally and got a fake New York ID, which he used to enter the US mainland.”

MS-13 Murderer

Soriano is at least the third illegal alien arrested here after fleeing a murder charge in his home country. He is the second arrested for a murder here.

MS-13 gang member Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez is charged in the murder of mom-of-five Rachel Morin in Harford County, Maryland. Morin’s head appeared to have been smashed with a rock.

Hernandez jumped the southwest border in February 2023 after fleeing murder charges in El Salvador. Then he violently assaulted a 9-year-old girl and her mother in California. DNA from that crime scene matched that found in clothing left in Maryland.

Police arrested him in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in a bar.

Leader of “Los Killers”

In August, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested Gianfranco Torres-Navarro in Endicott, New York, about 190 miles northwest of New York City, just over the Pennsylvania line.

Torres-Navarro, whose illegal-alien girlfriend was also arrested, is the leader of the deadly gang “Los Killers.”

As The New American reported at the time of his arrest, citing Fox News’ Bill Melugin, border agents caught him near Roma, Texas, on May 16. But, as with so many other criminals, pursuant to Biden’s standing orders, he was released with a “notice to appear” before an immigration judge.

Continued Melugin:

It took almost two months before federal authorities learned he was wanted in Peru for nearly two dozen murders. After being informed, Buffalo based ICE deportation officers found and arrested him [August 14]. He is now in ICE detention.

The Associated Press offered details about Torres-Navarro and his gang, the full name of which is “Los Killers de Ventanilla y Callao,” reporting:

Six reputed members of “Los Killers,” formed in 2022 in an area along the Pacific coast where Peru’s main port is located, were arrested in a series of raids in June and accused of homicide, contract killing, and extortion.

Previously a member of another dangerous gang, Torres-Navarro is known as “Gianfranco 23,” which refers to the number of his murder victims.
