Welcome back, everyone! Great to be back!

It’s so nice not to be structured, as I love to say, because then you can do anything at all, anytime you want. “I refuse to be structured”.  There it is.

And so, darn it, as I start the show, I decide I will be doing THE MUSIC SEGMENT first! And so it is.

A huge piece of this show, the music segment focuses on the K.I.S.S. formula, the simple approach, and my love for music comes pouring out…

Through perhaps not-so-popular choices of bands and artists to everyone, the idea is put across, from a powerhouse vocal performance to Puddle of Mud, performing exactly what I am speaking of this week in this segment, control, dynamics, range (volume) and selflessness, believe it or not…

Coming out of the music segment, we embark on a journey to (inner) stand why so many of us are Afraid Of Change, from a fascinating meme I came across this week…
