In yet another one of those Trump Derangement Syndrome moments that have happened regularly since Trump came down the golden escalator in 2015 and began going after terrible trade policies and the illegal immigration crisis, billionaire investor and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban posted a wild tweet on X about the election that led to the comments section absolutely wrecking him.

Cuban, in a tweet that has received nearly 5 million impressions, wrote, “While the current President has more than his share of gaffes, almost all of which of which are ridiculous self-owns, none that I can recall put Americans at risk of violence or injury. Compare that to statements about Charlottesville, bleach, Proud Boys,Jan 6, weather maps and more.”

Continuing, he attacked Trump for having to retreat to the White House bunker during the 2020 riots, saying, “Only one president felt such a loss of control that he had to go to the white house shelter. We can disagree about what they all meant, but I don’t think we can argue that they were self owns on a level of greater impact.”

That came as a quote tweet to another post Cuban made in which he was highlighting what he thinks Biden’s achievements are. He said, in that original post, “1. Only 1 person has died during domestic unrest since Jan 7th 2021. 25 died, including 5 on Jan 6th under the prior admin 2. 65 active military died in combat under the previous admin. So far, including the fuck up in Afghanistan, fewer than 30 have died under the current administration  3. We do not have any active military hostilities we are fighting in anywhere in the world. 4. Medicare out of pocket is capped at $2k. $35 insulin cap that was previously voluntary, became mandatory under the current administration. 5. Just 2 cabinet members in the line of succession have left compared to 14 previously.”

The comments on Cuban’s posts were scorching. One commenter on the original post, for example, referred to the infamous Ashley Biden diary, in which Ashley wrote that Biden took inappropriate showers with her. The commenter wrote, “Hey @mcuban , the guy you’re voting for took showers with his daughter Ashley and turned her into a drug addict. That says a lot about you, doesn’t it.”

Then, on his later post, conservative X personality DC Draino joked that Cuban’s whiney post sounded like the sort of thing an ignorant college student would write, not a billionaire, saying, “I thought this tweet was written by an NYU freshman majoring in gender studies interning at Huffington Post Then I saw it was a billionaire Yikes”

Another commenter called out Cuban on the “injecting bleach” hoax, saying, “You’re still peddling the injecting bleach lie? Embarrassing.” Cuban, shockingly, responded and defended posting about the hoax, saying, “Doesn’t matter what he meant. Its what people believed.” Predictably, he got shredded in the comments on that comment. One commenter, for example, said, “Did you really type this out and hit reply with a straight face and without an ounce of irony? TDS IS REAL FOLKS.”

Additionally, yet another commenter, The Redheaded Libertarian, ripped how the justice system has transformed under Biden. She said, “Biden might not say mean things, but under his regime we have political prisoners, 2-tiers of justice, forced injections, proxy wars with Russia & Palestine, women & children r*ped & m*rdered every day due to the migrant invasion, the they are about to try to draft women.”
