Karine Jean-Pierre has been a total failure in her role as Biden’s Press Secretary.

Even some within the Biden regime recognize this fact.

And Karine Jean-Pierre was fuming after reporters blew the lid on a failed plot to boot her from the Biden regime.

Serving as White House Press Secretary is a stressful job for even the most competent and effective communicators.

And the job is even more difficult when the current President is experiencing significant physical and cognitive decline, as is the case with President Joe Biden.

But Biden Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is neither competent nor effective when it comes to communicating.

She’s been a complete flop as Press Secretary and has frequently made a fool of herself when trying to defend Joe Biden’s many failures.

And according to a report from the New York Post, White House aides schemed a plot last fall to boot her from her position as Press Secretary due to her incompetence.

Biden senior adviser Anita Dunn allegedly tried to force Jean-Pierre out last fall but failed because she refused to leave the position.

“There were a number of people she asked to engage Karine,” one source told The Post. “There was an effort to have some outside folks who Karine knows and trusts talk to her about why leaving last fall would have made a lot of sense for her and her career.”

According to the source, Jean-Pierre “had been in the job for a year and a half at that point, which is a pretty standard tenure for a press secretary in what is admittedly a very demanding job [and] Jeff and Anita [tried] to have folks that she would listen to and trust talk to her about why it might be wise to do that.”

“Jeff and Anita were trying to find Karine a graceful exit,” another source told The Post.

The source claimed that forcefully firing Jean-Pierre would have been too nasty for a Biden regime that is actively attempting to imprison those with whom they disagree politically.

Of course, President Biden didn’t select Karine Jean-Pierre because of her communication skills.

He chose her because Democrats’ allegiance to their woke extremist religious cults’ core tenets, like identity politics, dictates that a person’s race, gender, and sexual preference are more important characteristics than their aptitude for the job at hand.

And now, the Biden regime can’t fire her for the very same reason.

“There’s a huge diversity issue and they’re afraid of what folks are going to say,” the source told The Post.

“She has been pretty consistent in telling people from the minute she got the job that she was going to stay through the election,” they added. “I think Karine has decided to stay come hell or high water and that’s that.”

The Biden regime reportedly wanted to oust Jean-Pierre because she doesn’t actually understand the issues at hand – and apparently hasn’t put forth any effort to learn – forcing her to read pre-written responses to self-proclaimed “journalists” to pre-submitted questions verbatim from her giant binder.

“Karine doesn’t have an understanding of the issues and she reads the book [binder] word-for-word,” the source said. “She doesn’t have a grasp of the issues and doesn’t spend the time to learn.”

According to the report, Jean-Pierre delusionally “thinks she’s doing an amazing job” and refuses to do the necessary work to be prepared for any question.

The Biden Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates denied the veracity of the report, claiming “not only are these claims wildly false, but the reality is the polar opposite.” 

“Karine was never approached by anyone with such a message,” he claimed. “She spends four hours preparing every day, and neither Jeff nor Anita did any such thing; both have been unflinchingly supportive of her.”

No one knows for certain whether or not the Biden regime tried to oust Jean-Pierre.

But what is certain is that she has been a total failure and disaster as Press Secretary.

All one has to do is watch one of her press conferences to realize this fact.
