One thing we’ve all come to notice is that the Biden administration is not above stretching the truth to reach their goals. But when Julie Kelly of RealClearInvestigations.com revealed that that Trump transition team worked with the GSA on the classified docs taken from the White House before the Jack Smith indictment, things started to add up.
Deliberate hiding of the facts
The GSA – General Services Administration is an independent agency of the government. It was created in 1949 to help manage and support all sorts of government functions, including Presidential transitions. It is the GSA that Trump’s transition team worked with to determine which boxes of classified docs could be removed from the White House at the end of his presidency and six months after. Jack Smith seems to have conveniently left that out of his indictment.
This is an absolutely critical element of the “classified docs” case that Jack Smith never mentioned in his indictment and received only scant media attention. GSA worked with Trump’s transition team before and after he left office. GSA stored massive amounts of records in boxes then informed transition team the boxes needed to be moved. 6 pallets of boxes were transported to Florida in August 2021–2 pallets went to Mar-a-Lago and 4 went to a storage facility in Palm Beach. There is no question many of these boxes ended up in the MAL storage room. And keep in mind NARA was harassing Trump throughout 2021 for what they insisted were government records apparently WITHOUT contacting GSA to search dozens of boxes in their possession. @julie_kelly2
Email communication with GSA, indicate boxes were stored in VA transferred to FL, per the Presidential Transition Act 1963 (PTA), in effect for 6 months after term ends 7/2021. Per communications GSA can only pay to transport of ‘government’ property or items needed in connection with ‘winding up the affairs’ of the President’s office. —The Former Presidents Act (3 USC note §102, sec b &c) amended 2004, replaces the Presidential Transition Act at this time and provides allowances/funds for records to be reviewed for transfer to NARA starting 6 months AFTER term ends. @mae_kimberly

For Clarity: the setup
Joe Biden did not have the right to keep classified documents, regardless of being an “elderly man with a poor memory.” President Trump DID have such authority according to the Presidential Records Act. The missing piece is that the GSA worked with the Trump team before and after Trump left the White House.
“I have been reminding my audience since a few months after the Mar-a-Lago raid (and off and on since then) that GSA is the entity responsible for packing and shipping the outgoing president’s effects. Does anyone think Trump rented a U-haul and packed his own boxes to drive to MAL?” @AlanJSanders
The question remains: was this entire case a setup by the Biden Administration? Looks like it to us.
