The most important battles in the 2024 election are taking place in courtrooms. 

Democrats are hoping their lawfare strategy will deliver a knockout blow to Donald Trump.

And Alina Habba dropped one fact about Donald Trump that Democrats are going to hate.

Democrats weaponized the justice system for political advantage 

Former President Donald Trump is facing an unprecedented legal onslaught from Democrat prosecutors designed to derail his Presidential campaign.

Trump’s Attorney Alina Habba recently spoke to reporters outside the New York State Supreme Court Building in Manhattan.

“The fact that we have two courts, not one — criminal and civil — being used against one man because they cannot beat him in the polls is a disgrace to the American judicial system,” Habba said.

A criminal conviction against Trump is the ace in the hole for President Joe Biden’s re-election campaign.

Recent polling has indicated that Trump holds a narrow lead over Biden both nationally and in battleground states many believe will ultimately decide the election, but a conviction would obviously give Biden an advantage.

Democrats are trying to beat Trump in the courtroom so they won’t have to beat him at the ballot box on Election Day.

“You should not have two teams of lawyers here today,” Habba remarked. “You should not even be here today, because he did nothing wrong. It is the epitome of a witch hunt.”

Her remarks came shortly after the opening arguments began in Soros-backed Manhattan Democrat District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s criminal case against Trump for allegedly falsifying business records.

Habba blasts Letitia James and Democrat Judge in civil fraud case 

Habba had come from dealing with the bogus civil fraud case brought by New York Democrat Attorney General Letitia James, which saw Democrat Judge Arthur Engoron issue an absurd $355 million judgment with interest against Trump.

James was itching to begin seizing Trump’s assets until a New York appeals court reduced the bond needed to appeal the judgment from $454 million to $175 million.

Habba slammed Engoron for failing to grasp the “basic principles of financing” and said that he and James were completely clueless.

She was fired up and went off on the Bragg case, which was so weak that his Democrat predecessor at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and the Biden Justice Department wouldn’t touch it.

“I am sick of coming in front of the press and saying this, but you have to because you people need to understand what is going on. God forbid you put an accounting thing in for ‘legal counsel…’ Because they’re afraid of 2024. And you know what? They should be because the American people are not stupid. They see what’s going on,” Habba said.

Trump followed the legal advice of his former attorney, Michael Cohen, in the business fraud case.

Bragg’s case is trying to create a felony out of thin air from an accounting entry.

Joe Biden has no record to run on for re-election after he gave the country the second term that former President Jimmy Carter never had.

Now, Democrats are hoping their lawfare strategy will keep Donald Trump out of the White House.
