Biden Plan to Stop Russian Nukes in Space Foiled by UN Veto

Here was the Biden-Harris team’s Plan A for stopping the weaponization of space.

Responding to Russia’s anti-satellite weapons test and Communist China’s earlier 2007 ASAT test, the Biden administration vows that it will surrender and refuse to deploy ASAT weapons.

Kamala admitted that the Russian and Chinese ASAT tests are “intended to deny the United States our ability to use our space capabilities” and that in response her boss will do nothing.

“We have consistently condemned these tests and called them res- — reckless. But that is not enough. Today we are going further. I am pleased to announce that as of today, the United States commits not to conduct destructive direct-ascent anti-satellite missile testing. Simply put: These tests are dangerous, and we will not conduct them,” she declared.

In the face of Russia and China’s orbital escalation, America will lead by refusing to fight back.

While Biden works on creating “international norms” for outer space, our enemies have a clear field for destroying our satellites. Kamala has announced that she’s calling on other countries to join us in also unilaterally refusing to build up the capability to deter aggression in outer space.

As Russia continued its weapons development program, the Biden administration hid the news from Americans.

One reason U.S. officials didn’t widely disseminate intelligence about Russia’s efforts to develop a new space weapon: The administration was trying to start talks to convince Russia to back off the program.

Senior intelligence and administration officials had been reaching out to Russia — along with India and China as possible intermediaries — about the project for weeks before it became public, according to a U.S. official and a person familiar with the outreach…

After Russia ignored the pleas of “pretty please, don’t put nukes in space”, Biden went to the UN.

Russia on Wednesday vetoed a United Nations Security Council resolution that would have called on all states to prevent the placement of nuclear weapons in space and not take steps to develop weapons of mass destruction that could be deployed above Earth.

Thirteen member nations voted in approval of the U.N. Security Council resolution, including the U.S. and Japan, which spearheaded the measure. While Russia was the lone no vote, Moscow is a permanent member and can veto resolutions. China abstained from the vote.

So much for that plan.

Having exhausted all of its diplomatic options…

1 .Private pleading

2. a UN resolution

3. a cover-up for the American people

….the Biden still won’t develop ASATs and will keep claiming that by refusing to defend America, it’s really taking the high moral ground.
