A new undercover video released by the O’Keefe Media Group on Tuesday revealed Democratic National Committee and Kamala Harris Campaign Compliance Manager Joyce DeCerce saying that Harris will not "win this year," adding that she’s "weirdly unpopular."

"I like Kamala Harris, but I don’t think she’d win this year," DeCerce said. When asked to explain why, DeCerce said, "She’s weirdly unpopular. I think a lot of that is racism and misogyny. And the Vice President is so easy to attack, right? She doesn’t have any accomplishments to speak of, because she’s vice president. She doesn’t make laws."

DeCerce continued, "Her job is to become president if Joe Biden dies. And a lot of the time, the vice president, whoever they are, gets sent to do the hard stuff." James O’Keefe said that the undercover journalist met with DeCerce on the dating app Bumble, with the two meeting up on several occasions.

When asked why Harris is "constantly getting attacked," DeCerce said, "Honestly, if you look at the stuff people attack her with, it is a bunch of racist, sexist bullsh*t. Like, it’s just stuff you wouldn’t say about a man. People call her ditsy."

Explaining the position of compliance manager, DeCerce said, "I don’t manage anyone," adding "the end all be all of my job is reporting to the government how much the DNC raised and where it spends its money. And Joe Biden’s campaign right now because they don’t have anyone doing that for them."

In regard to getting donations, DeCerce said that while working in finance, "You kind of tell a donor what they want to hear."

DeCerce was later asked by the undercover journalist, "Do you feel like our strategy has always been just like, take their money and tell them what they want to hear?"

DeCerce responded, "Yeah, that’s politics."

"That’s politics? So, we just take their money, and we smile and nod our head, but we don’t really take their opinions into our strategy," the journalist asked.

"100 percent," said DeCerce.

When asked about Biden's decision to agree to the June debate against Trump, which led to Biden’s downfall among Democrats, DeCerce said "I think it was a good thing" for Biden to debate "because he would have he would have had to debate Trump anyway, just politically, he would have had to.”

"I mean, I just imagine how he does in the debate is going to influence how donors decide whether they’re gonna continue to back him, right," the journalist asked. DeCerce responded, "for sure, yeah."

"We’ve had people who, like, haven’t wanted to give us money because they think the campaign is not doing well enough or Biden isn’t strong enough

The undercover journalist asked, "so some donors are holding back on writing checks because they think that the campaign’s not doing well?" DeCerce gave a noise of agreement, to which the journalist responded, "why would they think that?"

"I don’t know. A lot of people think we should attack Trump more."
 

O’Keefe said that the organization reached out to the DNC and DeCerce for comment, with the undercover reporter receiving a postcard stating "Maybe stop with the fake profiles," followed by Chinese language. She also received anonymous phone calls in the middle of the night.
