When Biden’s lack of mental faculties flashed across America’s televisions on Thursday, Democrats hit the panic button. Desperate Democrats suddenly realized their presidential candidate was a mess, so there are serious dangers now for all Americans on many fronts from hunting, fishing, to the “climate crisis.”

Second Amendment:

The ATF has faced a few setbacks from courts of late as we reported. But they are likely not done with pushing unconstitutional regulations. While we are pretty certain that no major gun control legislation will make it through Congress at this time, regulations can be pushed without Congressional oversight.

As retired ATF deputy assistant director Pete Forcelli told Bearing Arms just a few days ago, his sources within the agency have informed him that Bidens’ White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention is putting pressure on ATF director Steve Dettelbach to go after Glock by reclassifying the company’s semi-automatic pistols as “machine guns” because of the rise in illegal switches that allow semi-automatic firearms to function as fully automatic arms…Whether Biden remains the Democratic candidate for president or steps aside and allows for a chaotic race to replace him, gun control activists like Wilcox are almost certain to push Biden to go big on their issue between now and Election Day, and it’s crucially important for Second Amendment advocates to keep up with their machinations behind the scenes. ” Cam Edwards at Bearing Arms 

This type of action would fly in the face of the recent Supreme Court decision that ruled bump stocks were NOT machine guns and therefore the ban was unconstitutional. Keep in mind that the Biden administration has never been afraid to go around the Supreme Court on issues they want. One example is the forgiveness of student loans – something the SCOTUS already said was unconstitutional.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

What if the ATF ruled that manufacturers like Glock could not sell to private people? That’s a rumor, but it easily could happen. Unelected bureaucrats can easily create havoc for this country when desperate Democrats are in panic mode.

As desperate Democrats wake up to their current reality, there is no end to the measures they could take against the Bill of Rights. It’s up to all of us to watch and respond.
