Tennessee-based Tractor Supply Company has announced that it is dumping all its corporate race-based policies, ending its commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and going back to focusing on what it is supposed to be doing; selling agricultural products.
The nearly 90-year-old company jumped to its X account to inform customers that it was retrenching in its corporate culture. And it is dumping all the woke, leftism it was formerly employing.

In the statement, the company made a few new pledges:
- “No longer submit data to the Human Rights Campaign”
- “Refocus our Team Member Engagement Groups on mentoring, networking and supporting the business,”
- “Further focus on rural America priorities including ag education, animal welfare, veteran causes and being a good neighbor and stop sponsoring nonbusiness activities like pride festivals and voting campaign”
- “Eliminate DEI roles and retire our current DEI goals while still ensuring a respectful environment,”
- “Withdraw our carbon emission goals and focus on our land and water conservation efforts”
This is a complete repudiation of wokeness.
But the company may be just one of the first to start moving in this direction.
So-called “Pride Month” this year has already been notable in that so many companies have seriously dialed back on their outward show of support for the radical groomer LGBTQ agenda. Most have not pulled back from their financial support for these horrid groups, but the wide-open display of support was severely cut back this year.
This is clearly a reaction to the billion that Bud Light, Target, and other companies have lost due to boycotts by conservative, religious, and family-based groups.
What all this shows is that boycotts by conservatives DO work.
So, keep it up, America. Keep the pressure on and we’ll eventually get these companies to more-or-less end their support for things they have no business supporting in the first place.
