Earlier this month, an anti-Israel agitator went viral after being photographed by a Jewish New Yorker on the subway after a Gaza protest outside an exhibit commemorating the victims of Hamas' October 7 terror attack. The Jewish man said that the Gaza activist had accosted him on the subway. The alleged attacker has since been identified as 36-year-old Christopher Khamis Victor Husary, a Bay Area activist who still lives with his parents, who hail from Jerusalem and Gaza, in their $1.8 million home.

Husary, a business major who has been arrested for his involvement in protests over the past few months, denied threatening his fellow passenger, Josh Savitt, arguing that the yarmulke-clad man had taken a picture without his consent. In an interview with the New York Post, he proudly displayed the yellow Hezbollah t-shirt he wore that day along with a red Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine headband.

"Israel is a terror organization and so is America," Husary told the Post. "The number one terrorist is America." He went on to claim that during the incident in question, Savitt had been "harassing" him and his friends. "I caught him taking my photo of my four friends, and he wasn't apologetic about it," he said. "The guy who stopped me and my friends is a terrorist. And then he lies and says I made a gun gesture ... I don't threaten Jews."

Husary's identity was first revealed by the Jew Hate Database, who tracked him down via his own social media activity. In one Instagram post, he shared an image of him on the cover of the New York Post in the aforementioned outfit.

"goes to ny for a day *," he captioned it. "i told you we'd find you .... i can smell a baby killer from a mile away .... call homeland security ... i went through jfk with this shirt & had all the patriots panicked af .... i love real jews just fyi." He has since made his Instagram private.

Further investigation by the Post revealed that Husary had been charged in January with arson, robbery, and hate crime for allegedly attacking a woman and burning her Israeli flag in El Cerrito, California. His $250,000 bail was posted by an unknown group. He has been spotted participating in protests in New York, Washington, DC, and the Bay Area.
