Our government shall introduce legislation that will prevent any further instances of the declaration of fake pandemics and the terrorising of the citizenry into submitting to vaccines that have not been emphatically proven to be safe and effective.

Any person found by investigation to have been responsible for the dissemination of false “evidence” of  a fatal epidemic or of urging, ordering, cajoling or intimidating any citizen into submitting to a vaccine that is later shown to have harmed his or her health shall be arrested and face charges of causing grievous bodily harm, manslaughter or murder.

Any government declaring a pandemic must be held to account for such a declaration. By “government” we mean here the specific individuals (ministers, bureaucrats, committee members etc) responsible fo the declaration. Each declaration shall be fully and rigorously investigated under full and open public scrutiny. The  investigation shall establish whether the data given to the public was factually correct. If it is found that the data was factually incorect and misleading it shall then be established what the falsehoods were specifically and whether their dissemination was due to carelessness or neglect of responsibility by the disseminator or driven by corruption, fraud or malice. Where any person is found guilty of falsely promoting a pandemic the court shall endeavour to make their punishment fit the amount of harm they caused.

Similarly, the claims made for any vaccine shall be fully and openly examined and where false claims of efficacy or safety are found the person or persons who originated the false claims and any accomplices who aided and abetted their dissemination shall be put on trial if people are found to have been harmed by the falsely-promoted vaccines.

The  principle here is that all persons must apply due diligence where substances such as foods and medicines are concerned: making false claims about a food or medicine that place others at risk is a crime every bit as deadly as mass poisoning. It is the responsibility of government to safeguard the citizenry against such crimes.

The use of the PCR test as a diagnostic tool shall be banned.

Any falsification of or deceitful presentation of statistics in order to inflate the numbers so as to create a false picture of a pandemic shall deemed a criminal act.

Any attempt to coerce, force  or threaten any person into taking a vaccine against their will or better judgement shall be deemed a criminal act.

A vaccine shall be defined as something that prevents a person catching a specific disease, which is what vaccines have always been understood to be and that understanding is what has determined their high value. If a medicine does not prevent the consumer from catching a disease, it  cannot be presented as a vaccine.

A vaccine that actually works – ie, prevents the consumer from catching the disease – means that the vaccinated cannot catch the disease. The vaccinated in such circumstances are therefore in no danger from the unvaccinated. For example, those vaccinated against polio never worry about being near someone not vaccinated against polio because they are protected from catching polio. Therefore, the unvaccinated place the vaccinated at no risk, and whether or not to be vaccinated must reman inviolably the personal choice of the  individual. Every person must make their decision whether to be vaccinated by weighing the risks, whatever they are, of being unvaccinated against the risks, whatever they are, of harm from the vaccine itself.

A full public investigation, scientifically rigorous and under full and open public scrutiny shall be conducted into  the health risks, if any, of multiple vaccinations. If  it cannot be proven beyond doubt that multiple vaccination is safe, the government shall not actively encourage or mandate it.

The government shall devise and make public the exact procedures for declaring a pandemic. Those procedures MUST include as standard procedure a full investigation into each pandemic declaration to establish whether the declaration was honest, valid and legal.

The government is ultimately answerable to  the People and  any effort to surrender decision-making on the matter of pandemics to a foreign entity such as the WHO shall be deemed an act of TREASON in that it surrenders sovereignty to a foreign agency.

The UK government is currently forcing the citizenry to register their chickens if they keep any, so that should an alleged pandemic such as bird flu allegedly break out, they can be ordered to exterminate their  livestock. Any government official ordering or carrying out the extermination of  chickens or any other livestock as a defence against an alleged pandemic shall be held accountable if (see above) the pandemic turns out to have been bogus and/or the extermnation not shown to ne scientifically necessary.

The  requirement of any citizen to register how many chickens, rabbits, pigs or whatever they keep for their own use shall be  cancelled.

It should be stressed here that the government may not enact any measure for which it has no mandate from the People. The law requiring the registration of chickens is one such example of a government  acting without a mandate from the People.

Henceforth, acting without a specific mandate so to do shall be illegal.
